All I have to say is YES!!! Do this recipe! If you want to use a different sauce, use a different sauce! The Basil Pesto Alfredo by Private Selection (Ralph's Grocery) is one of my faves. I don't get burned out on it and it pairs perfectly with something salty, like bacon.
The perfect, easiest corn recipe is to leave it in the husk, roast at 400 Degrees for 30 minutes. The husk steams the corn to perfection. It's so easy, it's almost easy to forget, but just try to remember, it has to be in for 30 minutes, so it must be 400 Degrees. I don't know, it helps me!
