No jean pants = corduroy pants are OK!

No Jeans February Continues!! 

 

 

I am having so much fun with this challenge! Not wearing jeans for February has been so challenging! It was very cold and I could not wear a dress. So, I wore my OBEY pea coat, a white lace tank and a yellow tank, Joe'sJeans corduroy pants, yellow bead bracelets, Target beaded necklace, and brown polka-dot Anchor Blue wedges.

See-Through Item Lesson

When I got this purple dress, I realized it was see-through a little. So, I layered it with the same dress but in yellow. I love the look of the v-neck sweater dress and they were cheap from H&M - $10 each!

The lesson here? If you find an item that is see-through, try to layer it with the same item in a different color! I usually wear a tank top or a cami underneath tops that are see-through, but dresses are a whole different story!! This outfit is from day 16 of my February challenge: No Jean Pants! So far, so good!!

WeWood Watches - Thank You Kellen

I was hanging with my friend Kellen at work and he was wearing this amazing watch!

The watch Kellen is wearing is from WeWood Watches. While exploring their website, I discovered that they do not make women's watches. Instead, they claim women enjoy the large cuff look of the watch. I don't really believe that - I have very small wrists and I think it might just take over my arm. I don't want that kind of watch for everyday wear. Special occasion only!!

One thing I do love: when you buy a watch, they plant a tree. They have partnered with the American Forests’ Global ReLeaf Campaign to complete the planting of your tree.


I do adore the look of these watches for men, but I don't know if they would work on a woman as small as me. Oh well. Maybe one day they will make smaller watches. A girl can dream!!

I have a challenge for February! No jean pants. It is a simple concept, but I must wear closed toed shoes to work and it is always cold. So, not wearing jeans is not really that easy! Today is day 6 and I have on black shorts, but the photo was too cute!
